Last week we covered processing your cardboard with a closed door and auto-tie horizontal baler. Today we are going to discuss how to use a two-ram baler to process your OCC(old corrugated cardboard).
A two-ram baler is perfect for the recycler that will be baling a lot of material and multiple grades of recyclables. The reason we call these two-ram balers is that the baler has two cylinders that are able to bale this 
material quickly and not pause for loading the hopper with more material. These units are nearly fully automated and tie off the bales as they are ejected.
The two-ram baler works by the gathering cylinder baling the material against the end wall until it has enough material to complete a bale. The bale is then pushed out and tied by the ejection cylinder.
